Early Life & Education

Born on 9th February 1965 to Mira and Justice (Retd.) Salil Kumar Datta in Calcutta, he comes from a distinguished family with a strong legal background.

Acquired his Bachelor of Laws from the prestigious Hazra Law College, University of Calcutta. He was in the first batch of the 5-year Law course in 1989.
